My recent service was completed as requested. The service provided by the counselor, Ethan, was excellent, clear and respectful of my time. The dealership did what they all do, nickel and dime yo The service provided by the counselor, Ethan, was excellent, clear and respectful of my time. The dealership did what they all do, nickel and dime you to death while they tout the high quality on their vehicles. To charge a diagnostic charge and reprogram charge to correct a software error from the oem is disgraceful. This error was fully documented by NHTSB. The correction should have been the responsibility of the oem dealer. This was a safety concern abd should have been handled as such. As i mentioned, Ethan did a great job, the dealership failed. Service was and oil change scheduled at 8:00 AM. Subsequent in-the-garage exam video showed me that I needed an AWD wheel alignment (thank you PA roads), and rear brake disc/pad replacement.
