I recently purchased a BMW X3 and a BMW X7 and Mason was our sales associate. He was very friendly and helping when finding the right car. Very friendly establishment. I was greeted right away when I entered the dealership at the service center. The gentleman explained what had to be done and if I had any questions. I was greeted right away when I entered the dealership at the service center. The gentleman explained what had to be done and if I had any questions. Offered me a loaner car if that was desired. The inspection took four less time that I had anticipated. Documentation was that given to me as far as what was done. A video of the inspection was also provided to me through my iPhone. All in all a very good experience by professional people that care about making a good impression and working to do so. But most importantly, utilizing their skill and knowledge to make sure my car was at its peak performance. More

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Allentown, thanks to my service advisor, Luke. I came in for a routine oil change and to address an antenna issue my vehicle was experiencing. The oil change was compl to my service advisor, Luke. I came in for a routine oil change and to address an antenna issue my vehicle was experiencing. The oil change was completed quickly, while the antenna issue took a bit more time to properly diagnose and fix. Instead of having me wait around, Luke went above and beyond by providing a loaner vehicle so I could continue with my day and take care of prior commitments without interruption. From start to finish, Luke was professional, polite, and genuinely friendly. He treated me like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was clear throughout the process, and my vehicle was ready for pickup by the end of the day.
