Took my 335xi in for a recall review had Charles as my advisor who was great. Received a overview inspection of my car which was appreciated and noted “no leaks” although after picking up my car i began s advisor who was great. Received a overview inspection of my car which was appreciated and noted “no leaks” although after picking up my car i began smelling coolant (we had recently had the entire cooling system replaced at another shop (hoses, radiator, etc)) later we had noticed there is a puncture hole in the brand new hose. Unsure if maybe a tech had closed something in the hood or intentionally punctured the hose. Will not be returning due to this incident. Charles is great though. More

Service rep did not have any customers I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on. He got up from his desk looked right at me and sat back down. After 5 minutes he finally called me to his desk.
