Service rep did not have any customers I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on. He got up from his desk looked right at me and sat back down. After 5 minutes he finally called me to his desk. I had some mixed experiences with this dealership under their prior ownership, so had not used them in a while. Just went back to them for routine service on my 335i and had no issues at all.
