The staff there are always attentive, informative, and just plain excellent with customer service. From the moment you enter thier exceptionally "CLEAN" establishment, you're treated like family. I used the ""QUICK LANE" today while I waited for emissions inspection and tire check. I had no appointment. They said 1.5 hrs. They completed it in 1.25 hrs. Gotta love accountability. I RECOMMEND them for service of any car even if it is not a Ford. More
