This was my 4th purchase from Daniel's - exceptional staff all around! The situation with my purchase was quite unique. Eddy Shoy handled every detail of my situation/purchase with a great deal of patience, understanding and was very accommodating. Throughout the entire process, which I said was very unique, Eddy made sure all of my wishes and needs in my new vehicle was met. He handled everything in a timely manner, always responded to my text & calls and continued to assure me that he was always there for me and to contact him at any time with any questions and/or concerns. Eddy is extremely personable, knowledgeable and would always seek out any information needed. I greatly appreciated all Eddy did to make this purchase/process an easy and enjoyable experience!

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a car that shouldn’t have passed state inspection with a hole in the muffler and a frozen brake caliper. The GM refused to take my calls. Several voicemails went unanswered. Stay far away from this dealership! They rip hard working people off and basically laugh in your face. I have bought many, many cars, and this was the worst, and it’s not even close. There are tons of good dealerships out there that will do the right thing, this isn’t one of them.

This review is about a month overdue, but still very well deserved!! I was visiting my mother in law in Cabot, PA from Cincinnati when I realized I had a flat in my run flat tire. I took a chance and drove an hour south to A&L BMW for service and was promptly greeted by Lincoln outside in the service parking lot. He was so kind, showed me to the service floor and introduced me to Gavin who took care of me right away. I explained that that I was from out out of town helping my mother in law who’s in assisted living and understood that I probably couldn’t get a loaner, but maybe they could help me with getting to a rental car place? Gavin explained it wasn’t a problem, got my X3 checked in, let me know it might be a special order due to it being a run flat, then also let me know I was close to an oil change so they could do that while my X3 was there. Gavin then walked me over to Maria and explained the situation. Again, I asked for any assistance with getting to a rental car place or would even take whatever loaner they had, but totally understood since I was from out of town that they probably didn’t have a loaner for me. They talked for a few minutes, then I couldn’t believe it, they had a loaner for me! In addition, I had mentioned to Gavin that I had an issue with my app, and he had Mara their tech guru (not the official title 😉) step over to help me with that too. I will say with certainty, I have never received this level of service at any BMW dealership or from any vendor in my life. I felt like I was the only BMW customer that was being taken care of that day and felt like I was their number one priority. I could not thank Lincoln, Gavin, Maria and Mara enough. And then….yes…there is more, when I returned the car, after days of running errands to clean, hang pictures, buy a mini fridge, microwave, etc to make my mother in law’s assisted living “apartment” feel as best I could to feel like home, I thought for sure I lost my prescription glasses in a store. So I told Maria, if by slight chance you happen to find a pair of glasses in the car even though I’m certain I left them in a Michael’s or a HomeGoods, could you please call me and I’ll send you a FedEx label to mail them to me? Guess what?? A few days after arriving home in Cincinnati, my glasses arrived via FedEx from A&L BMW. If that’s not #1 customer service, I don’t know what is. We never seem to buy our BMWs local, so we will do everything possible to buy our next BMWs from A&L in Monroeville and tell everyone we know about this wonderful experience!!! Thank you Lincoln, Gavin, Maria and Mara! We hope BMW corporate recognizes each of you for your up and above customer service!!!!

Best new car buying experience I've ever had, and I am well into old age! Peter Kompotiatis and Zack Thompson did everything perfectly in placing my order for a 2025 X5 M60i. The build was completed and delivered in a month. Picking the vehicle up at the dealership was smooth and efficient. A subsequent visit for additional familiarization on iDrive 8.5 was handled thoroughly and with wonderful patience. I have purchased from Sun in the past and they have always exceeded my expectations--and this time was the best.

Greg Locastro , is a one of a kind salesman, he understands what the customers want before they Grace his doors and that is, the use of technology, a short 360 clip of the vehicle. That in itself was priceless. He explained every details with ease, to the point the sale was effortless. He was extremely attentive and complementary. We were offered beverages from the staff from the moment on to the end of the journey. The perfect surprised was the reveal with the big red bow. In itself I can say Greg and Jocelyn became a team. She also helped with the Genius technology with CarPlay for my husband and I. I can count on BMW to deliver again and again, as this is our 2nd BMW, X1 , but 3 German cars in total. One Price, One hour , One person! This is the dream car for anyone serious enough to tackle the BEST in the business. I dare you! I believe and I recommend buyers to at least own one of these superb vehicles for a weekend stroll with their love ones besides an everyday family car. Best service Ive experienced with BMW. Went to several dealerships in the DC/Northern Virginia area and was very dissapointed with the lack of service, respect and attention shown by the salespeople. Beth worked to find me the car i wanted and have it brought in from another dealer, and was very straightforward and open in negotiations. No nonsense, very friendly, even adjusted the price on an add-on item to honor a quote we had been give, without me even asking for the price adjustment. Would like to go back for future BMW purchases as long as I live in the northeast. The drive was worth the great service.
