Noah, greeted me upon arrival and after a test drive and an evaluation of my trade, we arrived at an agreeable deal. The finance manager, Ben arranged the final details of the sale quickly with the signing of the various documents. Danielle, the customer relations representative made sure to check with me to see that everything had gone smoothly. I’ve bought several new vehicles since my first in 1985 and I can honestly say that I usually dread the experience. The folks at ToK were professional, personable and very accommodating. I’m looking forward to trying their service department to see if they will continue the excellence.

The process of meeting with multiple salespeople and trying to find a car that fit within my budget and mileage range was draining, and I was ready to give up. Luckily, I met with Pam at Jim White Toyota. Pam was absolutely a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding of my concerns. At first, Pam was hesitant because of my budget, but she didn’t back down. She quickly found me a car that had just been brought in—a perfect fit for what I was looking for. She worked tirelessly to get everything in order and had the car ready for me within just a working day. What really stood out to me was that Pam was working on her birthday. She could have easily taken the day off, but she chose to stay and assist me through every step of the process. I truly appreciate her commitment and effort. Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.
