Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to any Toyota owner. My car literally broke down in the sales lot 3 hours into a 16 hour car trip. Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

I finally upgraded from my 2013 RAV4 to a newer 2021. My 2013 RAV4 has 294,000 miles and it still keeps going and that is why I buy a Toyota!
