Robert was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to any Toyota owner. My car literally broke down in the sales lot 3 hours into a 16 hour car trip. Not only did he address my needs that same day, he was very responsive to ongoing needs as we needed to ship the car to its final destination once the work was completed. He definitely went above and beyond throughout this whole ordeal.

For my good luck I went to the right place and Christopher Curtis understand me and did his best to help me and change my tire. I really appreciate Christopher great customer service. This was the third car purchased from this dealership and the second from Russell. Russell did a great job and made the process smooth and simple. Appreciate the input and knowledge he had to offer. Toyota however surprised me. A $51K van with no spare tire? Why would anyone think its a great idea to risk a family vehicle being stranded who knows where with only a can of sealer good for only a simple leak? I thought the start stop button was bad on the highlander at first but a mfr producing a 6K pound vehicle with no spare tire (and no run flat tires installed) really surprised me.

I finally upgraded from my 2013 RAV4 to a newer 2021. My 2013 RAV4 has 294,000 miles and it still keeps going and that is why I buy a Toyota! My service advisor, Joni, was exceptional. She explained everything to me before and after the service. Very professional. I can't rate the service itself, because I can't confirm what actually was done, other than what I was told. But, checking under the hood of the car, all fluids looked like they were filled, except for the window washer fluid. Joni made the service a pleasant experience for me.
