I live an hour from Lima and called on the vehicle. Ashlie texted me photos as well as answered my questions then put the vehicle on hold while we traveled to the dealership. It was 5pm on a Friday night and never once did I feel rushed. The process seamless from purchasing with Ashlie to working with Max in financing. It was the most straightforward process. I would purchase from this dealership again and will refer others.

My experience at Joseph Toyota was the best ever from the service department to sales. My sales associate, Mr. Dupree Rathford was the absolute best. He was patient, very kind and very professional. He made sure I received everything he promised. Such as a full refund that I had just paid to the service department. You see, I hadn’t planned on purchasing a new car so that’s how the refund came into play. There was also a small dent on the front passenger side door. He promised to have the dent removed and it was removed! I didn’t feel pressured or forced into buying a car. I saw it, I loved it and Mr.Dupree made it happen. So, if you need someone who’s gonna treat you right I recommend Mr. Dupree Rathford at Joseph Toyota! I have to give a shout to Trevor. He’s the manager in the service department. I felt that he was honest and he made sure that I was taken care as I waited for my old car to be serviced. Everyone was fantastic!

Best price on a new Sienna Platinum literally in the entire country! Most dealers were selling at MSRP and many were adding a markup due to their popularity and scarcity. They had one priced basically at the MSRP of the next lowest trim (Limited). After talking to the sales person (Raislin) and being assured there was no back story I drove 100 miles to purchase the car still somewhat leery and ready to walk away if this was a "bait and switch". It wasn't and there was no attempt to upsell me other than the usual extended warranty and protection packages. Once I declined there was no pressure. I usually zip my pockets and check to be sure I still have my watch after visiting the "finance person". You don't have to worry here, Kisha was did her job but I felt no pressure to buy. The car was as advertised, no surprises, prepped perfectly and a joy to drive. All dealers should take a lesson from McDaniel.
