LOOSE WHEEL LUG NUTS. telling me i have a dirty cabin filter when in fact i just change them before going for a scheduled toyota care service and also i locked my cabin st telling me i have a dirty cabin filter when in fact i just change them before going for a scheduled toyota care service and also i locked my cabin storage. Also, I saw them saying the same thing with the same cabin filter to other customers waiting in the lobby. And no copy of the vehicle condition report given during my last visit. I suggest they should allow customers to watch their cars being serviced. More

My only suggestion is that it would be better customer service if someone immediately greeted you as you pulled up for service. We were accused of lying about the check engine light being on when we arrived. they told us three different techs were in the car when they were going to work on the mfg recall. We are sure the check being on when we arrived. they told us three different techs were in the car when they were going to work on the mfg recall. We are sure the check engine light was not on! Won't be back for anything! More
