Replaced rear wheel bearings as asked. They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels They found that my rear brakes and calipers needed replaced. I opted to do the brakes and calipers myself. When I attempted to remove the rear wheels, all of the rear lug nuts were over torqued. I had to use a breaker bar and a three foot cheater pipe to get them loose. Glad that I or my wife did not have a flat while away from my garage. It almost seems like the lug nuts were intentionally over tightened. Several of the lug nuts are scarred to the point that I had to use a hammer to drive the socket on them. Disappointed by something that should not be a problem from a professional mechanic. Hopefully the bearing and transmission service was completed with more care. More
