Service representative, Matthew Nelson, was extremely helpful when I took my Prius in for its 10,000 mile free maintenance. He took the time to answer my questions about how to set and use the automatic windshield wipers, the climate controls, and many driver safety features. The salesman reviewed these with me when I bought the car, but it was too much information at one time. Matthew provided a much needed a review. More
Benjamin Hensley was an awesome salesman to work with. He helped us with every detail of the sale. On the other hand, the finance department was way too pushy about extended warranties and add-ons. I know He helped us with every detail of the sale. On the other hand, the finance department was way too pushy about extended warranties and add-ons. I know that's how they make a lot more money. They do not know how to take no for an answer. I almost walked out on the deal because of that. If it wasn't for having to wait 2 more months on a RAV4, I probably would have walked out. More
was disappointed with my recent service experience. When I scheduled my appointment, I knew my vehicle would be there for several hours. When I dropped off my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum i When I scheduled my appointment, I knew my vehicle would be there for several hours. When I dropped off my 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum in Coastal Cream with the Harvest interior, I asked if a loaner vehicle would be available. I was told the dealership didn’t have enough loaner vehicles, so that wasn’t an option. I also asked if my vehicle would be washed before pickup. My service advisor, Javin, told me their car wash is currently filled with equipment and that whether a customer receives a car wash is basically “hit or miss” depending on the day. That was disappointing. Before I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I received my multi-point inspection report by text. The report listed my tire tread depths as 8/32”, 6/32”, 5/32”, and 5/32”, suggesting I might need new tires soon. When I arrived, I reminded Javin that I had purchased four brand-new Michelin tires in January 2026. The vehicle has only been driven about 6,800 miles since then. Because the report didn’t make sense, I asked him to come outside and remeasure the tires with me. In front of us, the tires measured 8/32” on both front tires and 7/32” on both rear tires. The original inspection report was incorrect on three of the four tires. Customers trust these inspection reports to make important and often expensive maintenance decisions. If I hadn’t questioned the report, I could have been led to believe I needed new tires much sooner than I actually do. I appreciate that Javin took the time to remeasure the tires, but the inspection should have been accurate the first time. Between the inaccurate tire measurements, no available loaner vehicle, and no complimentary car wash, this visit fell well short of the level of service I expect from a Toyota dealership. More

I have now bought 4 new Toyotas from South Dayton Toyota over the last 7 years from Sonny the same Salesman. I have been totally satisfied with the sales process and more importantly the vehicles. Just bo over the last 7 years from Sonny the same Salesman. I have been totally satisfied with the sales process and more importantly the vehicles. Just bought my 2nd RAV4 replacing my 2020 which I didn't have one issue with. My wife loves her 2023 Sienna. My daughter loves her 2019 4Runner. Again no issues with any of them. Trade in values were always as good as selling with the realized tax savings. I will be back to this dealer when in the future. My only complaint is that Toyota will no longer let you order a new vehicle but that’s where this dealer works so well with you to get the vehicle you want. More
