Bradley - We appreciate your feedback, though we are disappointed in losing 2 stars for CarFax’s reporting error … We verified that the mileage and services performed are correct (19,686 and Inspection performed, Alignment checked, Maintenance inspection completed, Alignment performed, Brakes checked, Carpet protection installed, Oil and filter changed, Tires rotated, Vehicle washed/detailed) … We understand that the date CarFax posted on 4/30 is incorrect, that your service was actually performed on 4/25 (which is what Toyota shows on their National Service History) … Unfortunately we have no control of how or when CarFax posts the information we provide them. If you scroll down to page 5 of the report, you’ll find the following statement: “Have Questions? Consumers, please visit our Help Center at www.carfax.com.” where you can request a correction/update … Both Toyota’s and our records show the correct date. Hi Kendyl, My truck lease is up in three months and when I turn my truck in, I’m moving onto another dealership that is willing to work with me. The service that I received from Westside Toyota was unacceptable, and the service manager was horrible to deal with.
