After purchasing my new car, I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. I just bought a car from Sarah Buchanan, and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dave Svoboda was also helpful with explaining some things. This is a horrible dealership to deal with when it comes to service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and when my lease is up in three months, I plan on purchasing a truck somewhere else. S to service. Steve, the service manager was horrible to deal with he is very arrogant And not very very friendly to customers. When you talk to him on the phone, he can’t keep his story straight. It keeps changing, depending on the day and time. They had my truck for over a month and they forgot to do the oil change that I asked them to do. It also took them two weeks to figure out what was wrong with my truck which was ridiculous. They’re all about making money and not working for the loyalty of the customer. Think twice about buying or leasing a vehicle from Westside Toyota cause the service there is tremendously horrible. More
I went to get a oil change and transmission drain and fill. Not a flush. They stripped the threads on the transmission drain pan and told me it needed to be replaced and it would be about $1100. I said y fill. Not a flush. They stripped the threads on the transmission drain pan and told me it needed to be replaced and it would be about $1100. I said you broke it you can fix it. They said no. So I called Toyota directly, opened a claim and they sent me an email that the dealership would be contacting me. What a surprise. They called me and said that they just re tapped the drain pan and replaced the drain plug and the truck is ready to be picked up. They knocked $50 dollar service charge. IMHO they tried to scam me out of $1100. Bill H More
Arrived at Westside Toyota to check out possible tire leak. Was met by Adrianna who was very thorough in assessing problem and took the time to correctly report my concerns.
