To say that we are pleased with the recent purchase of - Francis Scruci

To say that we are pleased with the recent purchase of our new Toyota Corolla Cross would be an understatement. The staff at Firelands is professional and attentive to what we were looking for to meet our needs. While they didn't have the particular vehicle in their current inventory, they worked to find and secure what we wanted. We are grateful to have worked with Grant Dufresne and highly recommend him. We actually enjoyed the car buying experience because Grant listened to us and didn't make us feel pressured in any way. He kept us updated on a regular basis as to when our vehicle would arrive. On the day of delivery, he took the time to familiarize us with all the technological features on the vehicle and made the transition smoothly and seamless. Thanks to Firelands Auto Group and Grant Dufresne for such a positive experience. We certainly will trust and return to Firelands Auto Group Toyota in Sandusky.

I worked with Corey Foster in used car sales at the - Robert

I worked with Corey Foster in used car sales at the Conant street location in Maumee. I told Corey what I was looking for and he assured me the car was a very clean vehicle. I told him I'd be driving down from Michigan which was an hour drive with picking up my daughter on the way. When we got there Corey retrieved the vehicle and that's when we found the car had accident damage that had not been repaired. Corey said he had no idea it was like that after telling me on the phone it was a very clean vehicle. He is a treble salesman and if that is the way they treat their prospective customers I do not recommend doing business with Yark Toyota. Especially not Corey Foster.

I bought a used car from thayer toyota for over $45,000 - dcain7250

I bought a used car from thayer toyota for over $45,000 and it only has 26,000 miles and there is an issue with the transmission. I dont believe this car was inspected very well before it being certified to put on the lot for sale. Be cautious ⚠️ on what your buying.

After several weeks of comparison shopping vehicles - Mike H.

After several weeks of comparison shopping vehicles online, McDaniel Toyota came through! They provided a great deal on a 2022 Toyota Rav4 and offered a very fair price for my trade-in. Tyler Easterday was responsive, informative, courteous, and professional in helping me find and purchase a vehicle I was interested in. Most importantly, he was open and honest in answering the questions I had. Despite living about an hour away from the dealership, I won't hesitate to make Tyler E. at McDaniel Toyota my first contact the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. Five out of five, highly recommend!

No response from the dealership on any of these negative... - David McWilliams

No response from the dealership on any of these negative reviews. Just like they won't answer any of my 5 or 6 emails. They lost a customer over a $200.00 deposit!!

Should have known better to buy a vehicle from the - Mcginnis2121

Should have known better to buy a vehicle from the beginning. Started with listing a used Toyota as Toyota gold certified then tell you they can not sell it with the certification then service maintenance skipped prior to sale, list goes on. Does not follow Toyota recommended maintenance prior to selling vehicles. Only do bare minimum presale maintenance to cut corners/cost on the sale. I purchased Tundra with almost 42,000 miles. Buckeye Toyota sales Caleb and Frank assured me all bells and whistles service/maintenance were done before listing for sale which I asked for a copy of but was not told a tuneup was skipped. Took my truck to get serviced at 45,000 miles 3 months after purchase at my local dealership (not Buckeye) questioned why my truck did not have the 40,000 mile tune up done. Buckeye Toyota was in procession of this truck at 40,000-41,000 miles prior to me purchasing but chose to skip the 40,000 tune up which Toyota recommends to change the spark plugs every 40k miles. Buckeye Toyota will not give me an answer as to why that tune up service was not done prior to me purchasing the vehicles other than it’s a Toyota recommendation not requirement. I would be very careful buying anything from this dealership. I have got nothing but the run around since I inquired about the Tundra.

Josh and Tyler introduced me to excellent service care at - Capt

Josh and Tyler introduced me to excellent service care at Walker Toyota. We had just moved back to Ohio and needed a few condition checks after the desert hot 2,500+ mile journey. We needed preparation for our first winter in years. They actually checked and confirmed the conditions and didn't charge a penny. A well done way to build trust.

Thayer Family Dealerships is amazing - Mike Szettella

Picked up a new Traverse for my wife from Rachel & Robert. Great vehicle, great price, great place, great people, & a great experience. For a guy who has spent 20+ years in the retail automotive field it’s hard to be impressed, but they delivered. I would highly recommend Robert London & his staff if you are in the market for a new or preowned vehicle. The family loves it as they drive to their spring break destination. Thank you Thayer Family Dealerships!
