Had a great experience this past Friday working with both Rich and Carl. I was able to get everything agreed to and arranged before even stepping into the dealership and requested everything be ready when I arrived due to a work obligation. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready to go and paperwork was prepared. I was in and out in less than an hour and Carl was able to get it done with a lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. Overall great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Rich again.

The people at the dealership are kind abd helpful. This last used car is a disappointment though and I had to have a new set of tires within a few months. This should not be the case of a vehicle costing almost $30,000. I was told the tires had 10% wear left when I purchased, but that did not warrant dealership replacing them.
