I came into the dealership in desperate need of a vehicle. The day before our visit, the car we owned broke down and it happened to be our only car. We were met out on the lot by Kiarah Sanchez. She was very patient with all of the different cars we were looking at, and was very honest about the types of cars we were looking at while even having the integrity to turn us away from vehicles that may not fit our needs. There wasn’t a single time she felt pushy as a sales rep. Towards the end of our visit, my wife and I had decided that we didn’t want to purchase the same day because we were worried about jumping into a deal too quickly. Without pushing us at all, she told us that she understood our choice to not purchase. When she left the desk to wrap up our visit, my wife and I looked at each other and SOLEY for the reason that she was never pushy with us, changed our minds and bought from her that very night. She put us in a great vehicle and worked with our budget by even shaving off quite a bit of the cost from the sticker price. As someone who has been swindled by car salesmen in the past, I couldn’t be more grateful for Kiarah.
