I passed two other Ford dealerships to get to Crossroads Ford. I researched a lot of places and found them to be great to work with. They were not pushy on the sale of a new vehicle. They even questioned me if I needed something that they thought I might not need which I did not. I was a great experience. Cotton was the salesman and was great to work with. He had knowledge on the Maverick that I bought that I had not heard or read anywhere else. After a couple of weeks I had an issue with the connectivity package. I took the Maverick there and had a wonderful experience with the service department. Hunter was the computer guru and found the issue and fixed it. I had spent 4 hours on the phone with the Ford support line with three different people who could not find or fix the issue and suggested I take the vehicle to the dealer. I would highly recommend the dealership both for sales and for service. More

Recently the wife and I discussed replacing her 10 year old Explorer. We agreed it was time, however she made it clear, she had never owned a FUN vehicle and it was her time. At the end it searched dealers inventories near me and whalah, next thing I knew, she was test driving it for the weekend. It was the one!! Mark Williams, and Jim Drew’s made it a seamless process. No pressure whatsoever. They gave me a fair price for my trade in and the next thing we knew we were in the Finance office with Ashley Peacock. That was a fun process to sign that desk sized tablet and then leave with a thumb drive vs a bunch of paperwork.
