Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram →Before a sale, they are good. After the sale you don't exist. Drove an hour and a half down (twice) and worked out a fair deal on a Used Jeep for my wife. She was very h are good. After the sale you don't exist. Drove an hour and a half down (twice) and worked out a fair deal on a Used Jeep for my wife. She was very happy with it. During the finance portion of the deal th finance offer had a problem with his printer, so had to send some of the documents to another printer. We got busy and he forgot to go to the other printer, so when we left we did not any documents for our loan, financial arrangements, the additional warranty produces purchased, etc. Once we realized this I have spent four days asking that they email copies of the documents. I've sent emails (to three different email addresses, called twice and spoken to two different people and the only response from all this has been from their AI bot (that have even assigned a name - Jordan Mason). Before the sale I was being emailed, texted, and call multiple time a day. After - dead silence. What should have been a ten minute task resulting with a happy customer appears to now be a 4 hour trip down and an unhappy customer. Says a lot a lot about the people you are dealing with. More
