I went to Milea dealership in the Bronx to see what I wanted or could get. Hannah Rosario was my sale person. She was amazing. Every question I had she answered. I went in looking for the Subaru forester. She gave me all the numbers i was looking for. I never felt any pressure to purchase. She was honest with me about everything. Everyone at this dealership is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable and personable. Hannah went above and beyond for me. I recommend this Subaru Milea dealership to everyone. I recently purchased a vehicle from Curry Subaru. Every person I encountered in the dealership was extremely nice, and made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

I've been going to Matthews for 8 years now. Only once was I disappointed in my service experience, and Mike Savage was very willing to meet with me to correct the discrepancy in my bill, to my satisfaction. Today I went back to purchase my second Subaru, as my current Subaru was rear-ended. It was a busy Saturday, bur Dillon and Liam still made sure to fit me in to their schedule, to help me look for a new car. Liam asked appropriate questions about my likes and dislikes in a new car, to determine a "best fit" for me. Another dealership forgot that my car was in for service that day. (It has not been moved, when I returned at 5:00 p.m.) Two other dealers did not rotate my tires when they claimed they did. After 8 years, I still trust Matthews ! I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Matthews.

Because of being a caregiver it was difficult to go to dealership in person, however, I was able to call and tell my car salesman, Jeff Meadows, exactly what I wanted. He was able to take care of all the paperwork in advance of my actual appearance at the dealership. Mark Paone had checked all financial contacts and had paperwork ready for me to sign. This is my fifth Subaru and am very happy with the service I received that day and have been very happy with the service side of the dealership as well. Made appt on line, was told what to expect at the time of service and the potential cost of the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone the Subaru car and services that I have received.
