I went in looking for the Subaru forester. She gave me all the numbers i was looking for. I never felt any pressure to purchase. She was honest with me about everything. In all of the years I’ve purchased cars, this has by far been the best experience over at North Coast Subaru. I walked in and right away I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. I didn’t have an appointment, but they assured me I would be handled in a timely matter. My salesman Jose walked up to me, introduced himself, I showed him what I wanted and he delivered. We went on a test drive where Jose explained in detail all the functions of the car and made sure I felt comfortable. I had a few questions regarding financing vs cash and I was also able to meet the general manager Eric who further explained my options regarding this. At this point I was confident in my decision and the integrity of the dealership. My wife was very happy. Much thanks to my North Coast Family !
