The service center was fantastic and helped to fix our issues. The problem that I am having is that my wife and I had very recently purchased a CPO and several things were immediately wrong with the ca issues. These things all should have been checked out before we purchased our vehicle from them. On top of that, the communication with the dealer was not positive and there was a great deal of confusion about the days we would be available. There was also a great deal of confusion about getting information updated with our insurance and registration, and only finding about about updates when I'd call to find out about something else. We decided to go with Rye Subaru after receiving several family recommendations, but after this I think we will be working with other dealerships for any future car purchases. More
