He was professional, sincere and he was more like a friend giving me advice, if you can believe that. He delivered on all his promises and always treated me with respect and a smile even though I was tough on quizzing him back and forth on deal options. I wanted to leave this review because I am very disappointed in a call that I have received from one of the Manager’s at Koeppel Subaru. He called and tried to get me to purchase a vehicle from hi disappointed in a call that I have received from one of the Manager’s at Koeppel Subaru. He called and tried to get me to purchase a vehicle from him and when I asked for my sales person Meeza whom I have been doing business with for years , he said she’s no longer in the business but I found out it was a lie! Meeza is working at Star Subaru and still in the business. I will follow Meeza anywhere because of her transparency, honesty and the care Meeza always provided to me. Something that’s hard to find when purchasing a vehicle. Just wanted to put this out there so customers can make informed decisions and reconnect with the Sales person they trust. More
