I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid from Atlantic Kia, and the experience was absolutely stellar. From start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations. Alex, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to break down the differences between the trim levels and even calculated our potential monthly and annual gas savings with the hybrid option. His attention to detail and expertise made the decision-making process so much easier. Miguel, our finance manager, worked absolute miracles. He secured us an approval at a price point that feels almost impossible in today’s economy. We were so impressed with how he handled everything. And of course, I have to give a huge shoutout to Vinny, the general manager. We’ve been buying cars from Vinny for almost 10 years now, and every time, he blows us away with his exceptional customer service and the way he genuinely takes care of us. He’s the reason we keep coming back. If you’re in the market for a new car, I cannot recommend the team at Atlantic Kia enough. They are truly top-notch!

After going to a few dealerships and calling many others, I decided to ultimately make my purchase an hour and 40 minutes from my home at Yonkers Kia. They were the only dealership to give me pricing that didn’t include extras or added fees. The employees were very easy to speak with and returned all of my messages/calls in a timely matter, and made this process is easy as it could be.

I gave it a one star because their pricing is competitive, but with that comes a lack of professional or efficient service. Sales staff often leaves you with no response, promises to get back to you within a certain time frame and then forgets about you. We reached out to Karp Kia and confirmed we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. We put a deposit down and told them the day/time that we would be there to pick it up. We asked to see financing information and details regarding the certified pre-owned information. A week went by without us seeing the documentation. Finally, two days before we were supposed to pick up the car, we asked for it again. They said he would get it to us by the end of the day… then silence. We reached out again at the end of the day and told we would see it the morning which is a day before we were to arrive to pickup the vehicle.. The next day comes and again, silence. By the middle of the day, we finally had to call and speak with a manager to get the information. The next day we were scheduled to meet salesperson when the dealership opened to purchase the vehicle. They were no where to be found and no one else would help us, including, the managers. The managers actually seemed to be avoiding us and casually just kept going outside to vape or walking laps around the parking lot. After the salesperson arrived, it turns out the car wasn't even ready to go. In the end, I waited 5 hours at the dealership until the car was ready. Not once did really anyone else seem to want to help. The only positive thing I can say about this dealership is the finance team was kind and very efficient. Everyone else lacked a sense of professionalism and common courtesy. In the end, staff tried to blame me for the delay and said that if I had given them my insurance information prior there wouldn’t be a delay. We had checked in several times to ensure all was good and wasn't asked for this information until 30 minutes prior to their closing the night before we were set to pickup. I got my insurance information to them within 15 minutes and it still took 5 hours for me to leave the dealership with the car. Avoid this place even if the deal seems competitive.

Did my research, decided on a Kia Sportage, found one I liked. Called Northtown KIA on 10/28/24, around noon, talked to Charles, gave me all the info I asked for. me all the info I asked for. We texted and around 5 PM on 20/29/25 they delivered my Kia, registered, plated, insured, and ready to drive. Charle, and Josh got me financed with a great rate, lower than the rate my bank offered. Young woman who delivered it as well as every one I interacted with, was professional, personable, kind, and efficient. Wonderful service, I have never bought a car so easily or enjoyed it so much.

I just completed my third car purchase at Bob Johnson Nissan. I was first introduced to the Nissan Rogue in 2020. Ahmad Gulzar was very professional, thorough with the incredible paper pushing and very courteous and helpful in making the transition to a new vehicle. I was able to complete the process in less than slightly over two hours. Lastly, I have had very good experience with Bob Johnson Nissan Service.

⭐️ AVOID KIA PLAZA AUTO MALL! ⭐️ In over 20 years of leasing cars, I’ve never experienced anything as frustrating as my time with Kia Plaza. I leased a car in April, and they promised to return my previous lease to Nissan. Fast forward three months, and I receive a past-due notice from Nissan! Turns out, Kia hadn’t returned the car, leaving me with unexpected payments and a ruined credit score. I spent DAYS trying to locate my car, only to get the runaround. When they finally found it, it took them TWO WEEKS to return it to Nissan! Kia promised to reimburse my payments to Nissan but never followed through. Every time I tried to speak to a manager, they were mysteriously “unavailable.” Ultimately, I learned the owner refuses to sign the check owed to me! His response? “Take me to court.” This place is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of accountability. Salespeople are eager to take your money, but when things go wrong, they vanish. Don't waste your time or money here; there are plenty of reputable dealerships that actually value their customers! #KiaPlazaAutoMall #CustomerServiceFail #AvoidAtAllCosts

South Shore Kia has great service and my salesperson Axel Pineda was a pleasure to work with. The process was quick and efficient, he knew exactly what he was talking about, any questions I had he would answer and helped me with my options since I did not know what I wanted at first. He also speaks Spanish which helped me communicate with him since my english isn’t as great. I am excited to be driving my new 2025 Kia K4.

I strongly advise against doing business with Romeo Kia as customer service is non-existent after the sale. Romeo business owners were not even helpful. Stripping was replaced on my car because it was discolored and they put two different colored stripping on it. I dealt with this for 9 months and only after I traded the car to another dealership did they want to replace it. I took a loss in the trade and they offered no resolution. 9 months of aggravation!
