Personally intervened, addressed, and resolved a DMV issue within minutes of being notified. Wife is thrilled with the car. Joel's unmatched professionalism and personal demeanor are noteworthy, and we look forward to the next visit. Definitely worth the 3-hour drive from Connecticut. A 5-star visit!

Just purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica Van. Received great, no pressure help from sales staff Phil Pereira. He helped my wife and I select the Pacifica that we wanted in the color we liked with the features we were interested in. The have a good inventory of these vehicles. Once we had test driven the van and we had decided to purchase it we were introduced to finance manager Rob Hemond. He did a fantastic job in helping us find a competitive car loan rate which was in line with our budget for a new car. He also did not pressure us to purchase any of the add "ons" that most dealers offer when they sell you a car. We found the process of buying a new car from this dealership very helpful, no pressure and friendly environment I will mention that we drove from Vermont to this dealership in New Hampshire because Vermont Chrysler dealerships seem to have very little inventory of Chrysler vans which limits your ability to find the van you want with the features you want. I also think that due to this I found that the Vermont dealers were not as willing to work a deal with us. I Highly recommend this dealership.

We just purchased a new Jeep Wrangler and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership. From the time that we pulled into the lot to driving off with the Jeep. First Julio (the salesman) greeted us and was fantastic. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES HERE. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for. Then came the negotiations. The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. We have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was HANDS DOWN THE EASIEST, NON STRESSFUL, BEST EXPERIENCE we have EVER had.

I decided to go buy on a Sunday around 3pm. i walked in and met Mike " Salty" Saltman. I can't say enough about how relaxing and pleasant the environment and the experience was.
