Ecodrive Chevrolet GMC of Gorham

My vehicle was delivered to me with undisclosed damage. I asked specifically if this vehicle had any body damage to be told that it was “in great shape” and that “the thing is mint”. When I approached the dealership about this they began dodging my phone calls (Dustin and the sales manager Adam) when I was finally able to get ahold of them, they took zero accountability for this, and stated that my trade in was not described to them accurately. I described my trade in to the best of my ability and answered the very few questions that they asked me about it. It’s 11 years old with over 100K miles. The walk around of my new vehicle that I received by video showed no damage, and the salesman intentionally changed the camera angle to hide the damage he also blocked it with his body in said video so I wouldn’t see the damage. The dealership states that it’s just some scrapes but it’s not as the clips to the bumper which secure it to the car are broken. More
