I was able to get my car in last minute for an oil change and tire rotation, and that part of the service was quick and problem free. However, I did run into an issue regarding an Oil Change package I purcha and tire rotation, and that part of the service was quick and problem free. However, I did run into an issue regarding an Oil Change package I purchased several years ago for over $170. I was unaware that the package had an expiration date, and based on what I understand about New Hampshire law, expiration dates are not typically enforceable. At the time of purchase, no one explained that it would apply only to a specific vehicle, and I never provided any vehicle details during the transaction. Kathy Moody mentioned she would look into the details for me, but when I returned to pick up my car, Brad Barke checked me out and informed me that my service would be over $160. He would not acknowledge or discuss the possibility of honoring the oil package, stating that not only had it expired, but it also could not be applied to my new VW since it was not the vehicle originally tied to the package. The experience was extremely frustrating, and I left feeling as though nothing could be honored after Berlin City was bought out by EcoDrive. It came across as if there was little concern for customer loyalty...almost a “too bad, so sad” attitude. Overall, I walked away feeling disappointed by the lack of support and transparency. More
