Alex was an excellent resource in this purchase. Initially Apple Ford did not have what we were looking for. Alex took our info, and a day later we get a text saying they had a car we might be interested in. We scheduled a test drive and purchased the Cascada. We found a ding in the left rear quarter panel and to our delight, they repaired it at no cost to us! 100% loved the experience and will give 5 stars.

We went over the on hand inventory and narrowed it down to a half dozen vehicles that would fit me (I'm tall and lanky). Adam went off and returned with keys in hand and we checked them out on the lot and test drove the ones I was more leaning towards. In comparison to the other dealerships, Adam is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and capable while not engaging in the antics that caused me to just flat walk out of the other dealers.
