Walser Hyundai of coon rapids was absolutely the best! They weren't pushy about their products and actually took time to answer your questions about said vehicle. I ended up buying from them a 2020 Volkswagen Atlas SEL. We purchased some packages too for the car. (It's what I wanted because we have a little one.) The process was incredibly easy and rather enjoyable. Wali Mahmood was our guy that helped us. If you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend wali. If you can't get to wali I'm sure someone else in the sale department could assist you happily. More
While in the end, the service my car received did fix the problem, I am giving a three-star rating. I waited from February 1 until May 13th to get my car serviced for an issue that was identified under warr problem, I am giving a three-star rating. I waited from February 1 until May 13th to get my car serviced for an issue that was identified under warranty on February 1st for a vehicle that had less than 6000 miles on it. If it were not for the fact that I continued to call and text I am guessing I still would not have had my car serviced. Even after dropping the cart off communication could have been much better.
