Thank you for sharing your review, you purchased a brand‑new vehicle, and new cars go through multiple inspection checkpoints both at the manufacturer level and again at the dealership to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition and free of any cosmetic imperfections. You contacted us two months after taking delivery, stating that the wheel now has scratches that appear consistent with curb rash. Damage of this nature does not go unnoticed through the delivery process. While we cannot take responsibility for damage reported months after purchase, we are still willing to help.
