I was in search of a toyota highlander used. They were almost as expensive as a new one. Went in to get an trade in estimate. Had to leave early. Never heard back Called and left a message with new guy. Never heard back. Went in with a complaint and the manager came out. He said five minutes before I walked in there was a finance on a loaded highlander that fell through. If I wanted the car. I could have it. LUCK and TIMING were on my side. As I was test driving someone put a deposit on the car but the manager said since I walked in first it was mine. So WOOOHOOO! I didn’t have to wait 6 months for a new one and I didn’t have to pay the same price for a used one. Happy days are here again! Thank you for the customer service.!

Again, leaving West End Lincoln as a more than a happy customer for their over the top service. My car was picked up and dropped off after service and they even washed it. Once again, They were very informative during the entire process. I will also add that I made the mistake of going to the white Bear Lincoln dealer before this this service because it’s much closer to my house, but it’s the worst service I’ve ever had at any other establishment or restaurants! It’s even crazier that the turned me down for obvious warranty service.Never again and I’ll blame myself for thinking saving some miles and time would be beneficial. White bear Lincoln you suck and should be ashamed of your selves! West End Lincoln all the way!!!!!!!!!!
