Better than the White Bear dealership, but did not finish service and had to reschedule a second service call. Also, I requested a loaner car weeks in advance only to be told that the dealer app does not rec service and had to reschedule a second service call. Scheduled a pickup, then the plan changed twice — from same day service to Monday pickup/Tuesday return, then pushed to Thursday/Friday, which didn’t work for me. Was told a manager would call. Instead, I was rebooked for 5:15 delivery — but the driver actually left almost immediately, well before that time. I only caught her by phone when she was about a minute from delivering to a location I wasn’t at. They recovered quickly, but the lack of communication caused unnecessary stress for me and the driver. The pickup/delivery service is the number one reason I’ve stayed with Lincoln through multiple cars — without it, I’d be exploring other brands. This experience wasn’t the luxury service Lincoln promises. More
