I needed a new rim because mine was bent. Hawkins replaced the rim and "balanced" it. Took it on the highway 3 days later and it rode like and old lumber wagon. Everyone’s very friendly, the employees were very nice to deal with. Santos was great. The only negative comments I have was, the truck I purchased was bone dry when I got it. Secondly I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get the running boards put on and the tires put on and I asked to have a car to drive to go have lunch and they said they didn’t have one,. So I sat there and waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. That’s the only two negatives I have. other than that the dealership was really friendly, they took care of me well, no other complaints. We had the deal done online with pics videos and good dialogue. Deal was to include delivery, got the runaround about still trying to coordinate drivers for delivery for 4 days. We arrived in Fairmont Friday night at 8:30, stayed at the BW(best part of the wasted trip). Got coffees on Saturday at 7:30am(2nd best part) as we were excited to see the 2019 Jeep Compass Trailhawk we were going to bring home to ND and surprise our daughter for her Senior gift! Pull into the dealership driveway and notice hail damage on the hood, get out and check it out. Hailed out! And didn't even wash off the bugs, wheels nor windshield. Not happy! Feeling ripped off! Called the sales lady, said we have a problem, she called to have not noticed or known about the hail! Explained I didn't want to ruin her day and she had already ruined our weekend! But I can not take that home to my daughter! Reject the deal. Called my bank and informed them of the undisclosed damage and reason for rejection... Bank understood and made note about the dishonest dealership. Called dealership back to see why my down payment hadn't been returned yet, said they were working on it. Never saw it. A teenager knows how to make a xxxx return sale! Still haven't seen my DP returned to my debit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! Drove the lot before we left town and all the used vehicles are dirty, have defects and are junk! More
