They knew we were coming from 3 hrs away to buy the car. After looking at the car and getting financed then they told us we couldn't take the car home. Greg (sales manager) told us it was illegal to sell us the car until it had been inspected (which is a lie)! We could do paperwork but couldn't take the car. They would deliver some time the next week. During the inspection they found codes for the radio?? But in reality they were for the O2 sensor they didn't want to fix. Their inspection missed the fact that it had multiple bulbs burnt out, air filter was really dirty, and cabin filter was really dirty. In removing the buyers guide from the side window they wrecked the window tint. In contacting them about these issues they wouldn't respond until multiple messages were sent. Then lied about the check engine light and codes and won't pay for repairs. They paid for a new air filter that's it. Lied and said no pictures were sent of the window tint issues. If you are looking for a dealership who will lie to you go see Greg he will do that with a smile on his face.  More
