Alex was very welcoming, helpful, and informative. He also gave advice on what he would do when there was a decision to be made about unexpected service. It made me feel like I was an individual person, not just a nameless car owner.
I would have given 5 stars over all, but I was confused by the text messages received at check out time. It was unclear as to how I was supposed to "sign" the invoice once I had viewed it. I couldn't get beyond that screen. I paid at the front desk in person instead of thru the system linked to the text message. Subsequently, I received another text msg asking if I would submit a survey about the service received. I wanted to do that, but again, I couldn't bring up the survey as the system wouldn't let me get past the "view invoice" screen. ???
Here, too, the default indicates "Sales Dept" in the "Rate People You Worked With" field. I didn't work with sales, but there was no way I could find to change that field to Service.
