Working with Karl Schmidt was great, He was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the purchase of a vehicle was the right decision for the customer and not just for his own benefit which is a g knowledgeable and wanted to make sure the purchase of a vehicle was the right decision for the customer and not just for his own benefit which is a great trait especially since he will get my future business if available, I did not have any complaints about Karl whatsoever but the actual buying process could’ve been better… After reaching a deal and already had funds on hand it was still a 2.5 hour buying process just to get through paperwork which I felt could’ve been a lot quicker since my steps on the deal were already taken other than that it was a great dealership to work with and any future needs of service or purchasing a vehicle I will always keep Luther in mind!
