I brought my car in for the works oil change, tire rotation, battery test etc. The service was great other than forgetting to give me the paper with the test results of my bad battery (still under warranty) to get it exchanged from where I bought it, who told me my battery was still good, but finally replaced it. The service department got my new battery installed promptly. I didn't interact with the mechanic much, so I don't have anything to say about them, other than they did a good job, Kristen was courteous and professional.

I'm not dealer loyal at all. I go where I get the best deal. I found this truck on Cargurus.com. I called them, made an offer. Within a couple of hours the deal was done. We drove 4 hours the following week to pick up the truck. It was exactly what they described. No hidden fees, no pushy up sell on warranties or accessories. Just an honest car deal at a great price. It's not a huge super store car lot. Witch to me, is a good thing. We sat and visited while they put on a set of mud flaps and filled the truck with fuel. The manager came out and introduced himself and thanked me for driving that far to buy from them. It's the way things used to be and when you bought a car.

After dealing with a couple of "local" dealerships, I found a 2025 Compass on Eide's website. I cold called Eide and was connected to Ethan Urbanowicz. He listened to my concerns and vehicle requirements. Ethan was extremely prompt in providing details on my desired Compass. We live 2 hours from St. Cloud and I had never processed a cars deal over the phone. Within a day, Ethan had all the details and an Out-the-door price to me.
