Bought on the internet - Steeler1

I couldn't be happier with the experience and the vehicle. I worked with Marin & Chase and they were both very helpful and professional. The fact that I received a great price and they delivered to my front door is incredible. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them as well. The delivery men were very nice and quite helpful as well. Thank you for a great buying expertise and a beautiful new truck. Tom Kary Bismarck, North Dakota

Morrie’s Little Falls made buying my Buick one of the easiest and most stress-free car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and never felt pressured, and having the vehicle delivered right to my home made it even better. I really appreciated how simple they made everything from start to finish and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, hassle-free car-buying experience.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Jetta here - Akawle

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Jetta here and would absolutely recommend this dealership. I drove over an hour to get there, and it was well worth the trip. Aaron was wonderful to work with from my first phone call through the entire purchase. He was friendly, personable, transparent about the pricing and fees, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. When I picked up the car, he helped me get everything connected and walked me through all of its features. The entire staff was welcoming, the paperwork was prepared ahead of time, and the process was quick and stress-free. After visiting and speaking with several dealerships during my car search, the level of customer service here really stood out. Aaron and the team have definitely earned my future business. I will happily make the drive again when it's time for my next vehicle!

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Fury St. - Justin

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Fury St. Paul, and a huge part of that was thanks to TeeJay. He was my sales consultant on December 16th when I purchased my 2024 Ford Bronco Outer Banks, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we started, TeeJay was incredibly friendly, personable, and genuinely easy to work with. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and prepared he was. He had all the history of the vehicle ready to go and made sure I fully understood every detail. There was zero pressure at any point. His clear goal was to help me make an informed decision while delivering top tier customer service, and he exceeded expectations on both fronts. The entire process was smooth, enjoyable, and stress free, which says a lot when buying a vehicle. TeeJay went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully, and it truly felt like he cared about my experience, not just the sale. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you’re considering a vehicle purchase at Fury St. Paul, do yourself a favor and ask for TeeJay. You’ll be in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than - Naomi

I'm with everybody else if I could give them less than one star. I would complete unprofessional, customer service. I reminded of this every time I drive my car. I went there specifically out of town to get a car that was on their lot. And traded in my car with a few issues, very minor but was honest with them, they sold me the car I wanted, and the tires had been cupping. There were some shock issues, or are some shock issues. And they just sent me down the road, very unprofessional. They leave their decision up to a very unhappy service manager that couldn't get along with another service manager within the shop. The whole thing is just a very immature run business. They're all grandfathered in, and it is very, very sad. They're riding on the coattails of their family

I traded in my car and gave me $4,000 less than Kelly - Horacio

I traded in my car and gave me $4,000 less than Kelly book trade in value. They don’t really care about the customer. I don’t recommend to buy a car here (Jeep)

It's a great place to go if you want to have a - Adrian T

It's a great place to go if you want to have a dealership get one over on you. Buying a used vehicle (even as little as 1-year-old) is highly unadvised. Unless you have the time and energy to go over every square inch of it with a fine-tooth comb you're going to pay too much and as you notice things later on you are going to be angry. Also you better ask in advance if they have both keys or you're going to end up paying a hefty price for a new key nowadays. Absolutely scammy. Don't fall for them trying to sell you every extended warranty that there is in the market either. And you're going to get that, and you're going to get that in a high pressure situation. No obviously doesn't mean no unless you say it 50 times. I bought from them and it will be a single mistake. If you're buying a new vehicle, then why not just go to the cities where you'll get a better price. And yes that's absolutely true 100

Can't remember everybody's name, but they were helpful, - Thndrbrd58

Can't remember everybody's name, but they were helpful, drove me to my bank in the car I bought from them and waited til the bank cut the check for the car

I have done business with them for many years. - retired farmer

I have done business with them for many years. Always treated with great respect. They treat you as if they have known you for a long time. Pricing on everything I have purchased was fair. I don't like doing business with the big dealers sales people as they don't know anything other than the spiel that corporate supplies them, Kelley's gets to know you before they deal with you, Great people to deal with and the small town dealership is unbeatable.
