I went in to talk to Aaron on a Friday and walked out with my new vehicle on Monday. I test drove exactly what I wanted but in a different color. I drove about 150 miles to test drive a Ram 3500 truck I found online. I was prepared to either buy it on the spot or continue my search. I loved the truck and it was an easy sell to drive away same day. Aa found online. I was prepared to either buy it on the spot or continue my search. Aaron and the team offered to drive my car back the 150 miles at no charge along with delivering some accessories I obtained from them. Three days later I noticed something with my exhaust that wasn't great. The concern was borderline buyer-beware so I wasn't sure how they would handle. Far exceeding my expectations, they offered to pick up my truck, drop off a loaner, and correct the issue with no pushback whatsoever. I'm generally skeptical of service expectations after the sale is complete but I was blown away with the "let's take care of the customer" attitude I received from Aaron and the team. The long drive to buy the truck turned out to be well worth it, and I'd absolutely recommend Aaron and the team for your next car purchase. The paperwork process was very smooth with Sue and I recall even complimenting her same day on her efficiency! More
