My recent experience at Jeff Blezzer in Lakeville was a mix of excellent customer service and disappointing interaction. Tom, the sales representative, was exceptionally professional, attentive, and respec mix of excellent customer service and disappointing interaction. Tom, the sales representative, was exceptionally professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and demonstrated genuine care in helping me move forward. If I could give Tom 10 stars, I absolutely would. He represents the kind of customer service every client hopes to receive. Unfortunately, my interaction with the loan officer, Tim, was the complete opposite. His demeanor was unwelcoming, and he behaved as though assisting me with my application was a favor rather than his job. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was noticeable and unnecessary. Based on my experience, Tim would receive 0.5 stars. He would benefit greatly from training on customer service, empathy, and how to treat people with respect. Overall, Tom made the visit worthwhile, but the interaction with Tim left a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as improving the loan officer experience would make a significant difference for future customers. More

I am writing this review specifically about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeff Belzer’s Service Department in Lakeville. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicl poor service I received from the Jeff Belzer’s Service Department in Lakeville. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for service. I scheduled an appointment for two specific issues: my service airbag light had come on, and there was a squeaking noise coming from the rear of my truck. I was asked to drop the truck off at 8:00 a.m. so they could look at it during the day. I agreed, but made it very clear that I needed the truck back by 4:00 p.m. At 1:28 p.m., I called to check on the status. I was again assured that the truck would be ready for me to pick up by 4:00 p.m. When I arrived at 4:00 p.m., after they had my truck for eight hours, I discovered that they had not even looked at it. Nothing had been diagnosed, nothing had been repaired, and no one had contacted me to tell me they were not going to get to it. The most frustrating part came when they brought my truck around. The gentleman who drove it out warned me that the service airbag light was on and told me it was not safe to drive. That was literally one of the two reasons I had brought the truck to them that morning. So after leaving my truck with them all day, calling to confirm it would be ready, and being assured that it would be, I left with the exact same problems I arrived with, including a safety issue they never even inspected. This was an incredible waste of my time and showed a complete lack of communication and respect for a customer’s schedule. If they were too busy to look at my truck, they should never have scheduled the appointment or assured me that it would be ready by 4:00 p.m. I will not be returning to Jeff Belzer’s Service Department. I will be taking my truck to a service center that can actually honor its appointments, communicate with its customers, and address potentially serious safety concerns. More

Our salesman was Nick Bina. He was patient and informative as we looked at many different trucks.
