This was my third stop on a quest to trade in my damaged - BAILEYRBOUDREAU
This was my third stop on a quest to trade in my damaged kia optima for something that could tow and wasn't damaged. not a big ask. the other places, including Champion Dodge Jeep, couldn't give me options. The other dealerships were kind enough. Champions showroom is straight out of 1997 but otherwise the experiences were largely the same. Until LaFontaine and, specifically, Frank Alvayero. Frank has spent 20 years in service before transitioning to sales. He is as transparent as they come and brings such a wide array of knowledge that it sometimes seems he's actually just an ai bot. He was listening to my needs, which was the one thing the other two dealerships couldn't seem to grasp. as i said earlier, my needs were minimal to say the least. yet only one dealership of three listened to those needs. it seems like a simple concept but it is not actually widely practiced. in my day job, i teach client experience to luxury car dealers across the country, specifically in service. I have been pleasantly surprised with the experience at LaFontaine, and i find it rivals the experience of luxury brands. they also work as a cohesive unit, and you can feel it as soon as you walk in. i would definitely recommend.
