I'd like to change my review to 1 star. I was told by Bill Rackley that my vehicle had a towing package, it does not. I would not have purchased this car without a towing package, and Bill Rackley was told that. Now that have found out my car does not have a towing package, he is being a complete jerk to me and treating me like I'm an idiot. Maybe because I'm female that means I don't know anything about cars? Because he was accusing me of being fed lies by other people that don't know anything about cars, because clearly I'm not capable of having any knowledge about cars. I really don't appreciate that. I haven't received the car yet because supposedley they are installing a hitch, charging me $468 for something that should have been included with the towing package I was told my car came with, and I will be requesting a refund and going elsewhere for a car.
