Bruce went above and beyond for an out of state buyer I'm in New Jersey and bought a 2021 F‑150 Lariat PowerBoost from Rodman Ford without ever setting foot in the dealership. Buying out of state comes with extra hurdles, and Bruce did everything he could to help. Since I couldn't see the truck in person, he sent me videos of the truck so I knew exactly what I was getting. He answered every question I had quickly and honestly, even the picky ones, and he was straightforward on price with no games. He also got me the Blue Advantage certification and the full reconditioning repair order. Buying long distance takes a lot of trust, and Bruce earned it. My wife and I went in on a Sunday morning to buy an Expedition. We were met at the door by Ledjon and told him the vehicle we wanted to see and he grabbed the keys and brought us straight out to it. We were taking it for a test drive in about 20 minutes from walking in the door. The financing staff was great and had us driving the vehicle home in about 3 or so hours! Not too bad!
