I stopped into Jannell Ford to explore trading in my Jeep Gladiator and switching over to a Bronco. I have owned several new vehicles over the past 20 years. My dealer experiences have been lackluster at best, so I had no expectations. Boy was I wrong. My salesman, Rob Silvia was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and refreshingly honest. I even got to speak directly with the General Manager, Bill Roderick. He too was refreshingly honest and trustworthy. Needless to say, thanks to these two gentlemen, I am now a proud owner of a Ford Bronco. I usually leave a dealership feeling dirty or having been hoodwinked in some way. Not the case here. I am just excited to drive my new Bronco. Thank you so much Rob and Bill. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for a new ride.

I walked in just looking for numbers on trading in and considering my financial options between financing and leasing. I originally was looking to do a lease for an F250 but wasn’t aware that Ford didn’t offer that as an option. I had worked with Ambrose previously and knew I wanted to work with him again. Ambrose explained that to me and talked me through upgrading to a newer F150 and made sure I got all my questions answered and the options I was looking for. Ended up signing for a lease that night and couldn’t be any happier. Well done Ford and well done Kelly!

I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!

I received a recall notice for my 2018 F 150, I called Townsend Ford and spoke with service advisor Kathy. She was able to get me in for the recall in a couple of days. Upon arrival she explained exactly what would be done and the expected time to do it. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was asked if I had my other concerns at this time. I had no other issues and thanked her for her help. It should be noted that Kathy is always friendly and goes out of her way to provide good customer service when ever I take my vehicle there
