I purchased my 2024 Acura RDX on October 22nd and have been very satisfied with the purchase. When I arrived to Metro West Acura I had no intention to purchase the RDX on that day. My sales Rep Stephanie Pimental was so helpful and professional answering all my questions and request that I end up making the deal. Feeling confident that I made the correct decision. I highly recommend Stephanie and not only thru the purchase was so helpful but since then I have contacted her a few times asking her questions on my vehicle and she is prompt with answering and assuring me I am taken care of.

I haven't bought a new car in over 25 years. I was sticking to 1 to 2 year cars until this recent purchase of an Acura MDX. I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and the team we dealt with was exceptional. Don is an excellent salesman - no pressuring just offering up the facts that we needed to make our decision. Both me and my husband enjoyed working with him. He's very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. He, as well as the rest of the team with dealt (Ken and Erica) made the car buying experience (which is normally stressful) a very pleasant experience! My husband and I would highly recommend this dealership if you want to buy a new car. It has a nice "small town" feel to it, which is great. I've been to the other dealers in the Boston area and you are just a number there. They honestly don't care if they get your business or not in my experience. That is not the vibe you get at Acura of Auburn. Huge thanks to Don, Ken and Erica for all of their help!

Absolute best place to buy a vehicle. Amazing experience from the start, the staff here was super friendly and helpful. I worked with Ivan Liu in the sales department, his knowledge and expertise of the Acura product made this such an easy choice for me. Ivan made me feel right at home the second that he greeted me when I entered the dealership. Justin Spellman the finance manager was super helpful, he made the process very easy going over all the paperwork and financing at the end. He explained everything in detail before I even signed a single thing. Last the general manager Bill Oldmixon. His communication from the beginning is what made me drive over an hour and a half to purchase my first Acura. Bill is very professional, courteous and made me feel like part of the Acura Boston family. I will definitely be back to see these guys for sure, thank you very much!!
