In particular, our salesman for the last 2 cars was Suvin who is very knowledgeable, very accessible, and goes above and beyond to meet his customers needs and get a good deal for them. He is the reason why we came back to BMW of Rockville for our recent purchase. If you are thinking of buying or leasing a BMW, we absolutely recommend Suvin! We also worked with one of the BMW "geniuses", Dylan, who was very clear and patient in helping us set up the new car and learn how to use all the features. A terrific team!

Best customer service I’ve received at a BMW Service Ctr to date (I’ve been to 6 in total). They recommended service that needed to occur and service that could wait and put no pressure on my decision. They provided a comfortable place for me to plug in, log on and work while my vehicle was being serviced. Super friendly customer service. My new go to location even the the Alexandra, VA service center is more convenient.

Rommell Hollins is an outstanding client advisor. Extremely knowledgeable about new and pre-owned certified models. He guided us to the correct decision re: purchase v. lease options. Passport BMW gave us a better trade in value on our 2020 Subaru Outback than even the Subaru dealership. Guess I now just have to learn how to use all the high tech instruments on our new 2025 X1. Rommell pronounced me officially initiated into the BMW family. (No formal ceremony). Better late than never since I have never owned a BMW.
