Prior to the move, I was looking for a 2025 X2 M35i and out of the BMW dealership in the DelMarVa area, Howard Mei of BMW of Owings Mills returned my call and was able to find me a vehicle that had everything I wanted. It was unallocated (lucky for me) and I was able to reserve and commit to purchasing. When I got off the plane, we went straight to the dealership and purchased it all in less than an hour! One of the best experiences ever!! Howard and the team definitely earned my business! In July 2025, I called Howard and asked about an Aventurin Red X7. He told me he had a build slot for a 2026 X7 and I could order it with everything I wanted. Too good to be true!! In 6 short weeks, my new X7 showed up at the dealership and in an hour and a half, I was on my way home with my newly ordered X7. Thank you, Howard and the BMW of Owings Mills team for the best service EVER!! You know who to make a great deal! I have had my X5 (and also a X1) serviced a number of times at BMW of Towson. We have always had a great experience there. Christopher has usually been the service writer for us, but we had others (James and Marty)as well. They have all been excellent. The service provided has all been done with exactness and we appreciate the video provided by the tech doing the service. I’m now considering the purchase of a new or CPO BMW and will use BMW of Towson as my dealer.
