My 2023 Silverado ZR2 had a major engine failure, and their team handled the entire warranty engine replacement from start to finish. My advisor, Gabe Jacobsen, was outstanding — he kept me informed at every step, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. They set me up with a loaner so I wasn't stranded, and when the work was done, they delivered my truck with its new engine all the way to my house in Oskaloosa. That's going above and beyond. Communication, follow-through, and genuinely easy to do business with. If you need service on a GM vehicle, ask for Gabe. Highly recommend this team.

I posted a 3 rating that was out of spite with my cabin burning down my paid off car getting totaled by a very large deer I have never and will never post a bad review for anything. Not even if my eggs fall off of a plate for being not medium. The sales staff and management were top of the class. Jason and John were excellent in handling my car. I am just an old retired Navy Chief that has grown kids moving back into my house and wrecking my cars. Thanks, and by the way the insurance check was ample, but I will pay this off with my starting my own deer guide.
