Everyone was friendly and helpful. Purchase process seemed to go quicker than I've experienced with others in the past. I was having an issue with my NOX sensor, Jeff in the truck service center told me that I would have to leave it with him, but they could get it done that same day. Jeff called me by 11:00am stating the truck service center told me that I would have to leave it with him, but they could get it done that same day. Jeff called me by 11:00am stating the truck was ready. Gordan, the mechanic was able to fix my NOX sensor flawlessly and get me back on the road quickly. Donavan Truck Center was there for me and it was A+++ service! More

We have bought our last three vehicles from Donovan. Each experience has been superb. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without pressure . He takes the time to demonstrate and discuss new features to the vehicle, so you drive off knowing all that the vehicle offers. Bruce also helped direct us through our car search and is always very helpful and friendly. The Finance department was clear and upfront, which made the purchase easy. The trade in process was simple, we had zero complaints. The new vehicle was spotless and the gas tank was full when we drove it off the lot. Overall, everyone at Donovan’s was professional and top-notch. Highly recommend! More
