Went in for no sound coming out my speakers they said it was covered under warranty, then call me back later and say they cant find the problem they think its because of after speaker i put in even though e was covered under warranty, then call me back later and say they cant find the problem they think its because of after speaker i put in even though everything has been working for over a year with said speakers. So they do nothing to fix the problem, instead mess more things up in my truck, and now my after market speakers don’t work, and on top of that charge me 190 dollars to do nothing but mess more things up, and after they said my warranty covered the initial visit, and after i told them to do nothing, and i will take it some place different, so they wouldn’t mess anything more up, yet they didn’t listen. I also told them my truck has an update that needs to be done and for some reason i couldn’t get it to go through so asked if they could and they said that would be no problem, but couldn’t even manage that simple task. By the way all this said, there is an employee that works there that specifically told me the mechanics there are just as clueless as any ol’ joker off the streets. He says sure they’re certified but they have a computer or a book right in front of them telling them how and what to do, and he says they intentionally tweak things to make you have to come back and get what they messed with fixed. Not to mention when i went to pick my vehicle up from them i was waiting outside where they drive your vehicle around to you and i not only saw but heard before i saw my 2025 truck being driven like the guys was taking off on a drag strip. More
