We had to keep calling to have them let us know when the part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to t part was in when they told us they would call us.l and keep us updated. One time we had an appointment. Took off work to bring the car in, only to tell us when we got there that part isn't there. We live over an hour away. It took a good 6 months, and that was with us reaching out to them. When we did finally get the car in, all the employees weren't working. They were standing around the snack table talking and eating. Poor customer service and accountability. More

Scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation after purchasing in May, and the experience was everything I expected it to be. Communication was great both before and after service, I waited in the lob purchasing in May, and the experience was everything I expected it to be.
