We have had the pleasure of having Lacey as the person to work with while the car was in the shop. We had several times to fix the car. Lacey kept us updated on the car repair. Having previously purchased from other GMC dealerships (less than desirable experiences...), it was time to shop a new dealership group in KC. I worked with Jake, and bought a truck that first (and only) visit in. Great pricing, great service, hassle-free negotiation, and extremely responsive through the entire process.
