I am beyond impressed with the service I got here. - Olivia Alvarez

I am beyond impressed with the service I got here. Jeff is who I worked with in purchasing my 1st car by myself without a co-signer, after years of being told no because of my credit! I went in ready to be told no once again but no with a fair credit score Jeff coached me into purchasing a vehicle in my range to work to get my credit up and in time I could be able to get what I really want. Even with that being said I thought it was going to be a car I would have to be ok with but no I got a nice car that I absolutely am in love with! The car needed to be detailed still and I was still able to leave with a loaner car until mines was ready. No one has ever done that. I have a friend who bout a 50k suv from a high end dealer ship and she said she was shocked cause her dealership left her with no car for a week and didn’t even fix what was suppose to be fixed on her vehicle. I will forever recommend car mania. I know car shopping can be scary but here I left feeling good and not feeling taken advantage of. Anyone out there looking for a good place to buy a car this is the place to go!!! I’m sure there are plenty of great people that will help you here but I highly recommend Jeff from personal experience! Thank you again Jeff! Sincerely, a very happy and satisfied customer!

All in all Cory, Ric, and Austin provided the best used... - Teknation2002

All in all Cory, Ric, and Austin provided the best used car experience that I have ever had. I just purchased my second vehicle from this location and plan to be a repeat customer in the future. If you go anywhere else your making a mistake.

TOP SHELF!As long as Hariom's place is open, that is... - cc

TOP SHELF! As long as Hariom's place is open, that is where I will go to purchase a vehicle. I would give him 10 stars if possible. No joke. I don't write reviews and he did not pay me to do this... I have never had a better buying and customer service experience in my life. The '15 Mercedes I purchased is incredible. If you are looking for a car, Crimson and Blue should be your first stop. If Hariom does not have it on the lot, he will find it for you. Take that to the bank! It was my pleasure doing business with Hariom, what a super human being! Grade A+ service and inventory. People should come from miles away to do business there.

I drove the Dodge Dakota RT and the transmission is not... - Dakotaguy

I drove the Dodge Dakota RT and the transmission is not working properly. I asked about it and they said they had it checked out by south star dodge here in ottawa. When i checked up on that dodge said they had not looked at the truck. So the dealer lied in oreder to try to sell the truck to me.

My car was still broke - katters

i wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone with a good head. They are lazy and have worker that don't know what they are doing. I went to go pick up my still broken car and they made me come back in an hour because it was blocked. After I came back it took me 30min to leave because they just wouldn't give me my keys....horrible just horrible. I'm going back for my refund.

Save yourself the MISERY you will endure - SheriLV

Purchased a vehicle, or I should say LEMON from Sunrise Used Cars in Lindenhurst last month, and was informed by the owner Joe at Sunrise, that he sold the car for Elite Motorsports. I have had problems with this vehicle within 2 days after picking it up. I called Joe at Sunrise and requested a refund, he refused and stated he sold the car for Elite Motorsports and to take it up with them. Can you believe the audacity? I paid Sunrise Used Cars and he is passing responsibility onto Elite Motorsports and then they denied Joe's claim. I found Elite Motorsports to be dishonest when I insisted something was terribly wrong with my vehicle, they told me to bring it to their location, and was promised a full diagnostic. I requested the diagnostic report, but they refused it, I asked for their Technician notes, and while Frank, their service manager was looking for them on his computer, he conveniently tells me he accidentally deleted them. I'm told the car was brought there for the inspection, yet how does a vehicle with extremely bad brakes, and other issues pass inspection? My vehicle goes back a second time, and this time I give them a diagnostic report from Audi and Elite Motorsports stated their diagnostic was inaccurate, Audi are thieves and they do not know what they're doing. Diagnostic Reports are inaccurate? REALLY? My vehicle has now been sitting for two days because it has a bad leak. Kai from Elite Motorsports promised me he would pick up my car, but the day my car was suppose to be picked up he calls and states, his truck is down. TRUCK IS DOWN? You fix cars, why is your truck down for two days now? Just more lies. Then he has the audacity to tell me to pay for a tow to his shop. My car vibrates terribly, car is leaking oil (I believe transmission oil) that ruined my driveway. AC doesn't work, and I could go on and on. PLEASE HEED MY WARNING AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM SUNRISE USED CARS AND ELITE MOTORSPORTS. They are dishonest, and they are liars! The ONLY thing that brings me comfort is... G*d above sees everything, and people like this will eventually get what is coming to them. YOU SHOULD ALL BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

The. - Bob

The. Park Avenue at this dealer was too much money for a car with 153,000 miles on the speedometer.I'm looking for one with less than 100,000 miles but one that's priced right . So far I haven't seen any that are priced right !

Enquired about a truck. - Teedoff

Enquired about a truck. Got an email saying it was still available. Emailed back stating I wanted to go see it. Never heard back. I stopped by the the dealership to see it anyway. Got told it wasn't at the dealership. Very rudely was told they would get a hold of me when it was back. Been over a week and nothing. No communication and got treated rudely. Don't recommend this third party dealership at all.

I don’t know why they call themselves “Integrity” when... - S.Tribe

I don’t know why they call themselves “Integrity” when they don’t have any integrity. They sold me a vehicle that had problems, in which was covered up, knowing I had small children. They lied about what my warranty would cover. And then after 3 month, when the problem was discovered and I was charged over $750 for the issues they covered up, the only response they had was “sorry it’s not our problem”. They also claimed they didn’t check for these issues. It’s your job to make sure your vehicles are safe for the people you sell them to. Buying a vehicle? Don’t waist your money at “Integrity Auto” in Wichita, KS. because they will screw you over without even batting an eye.

The truck I purchased was sold at less than blue book... - edwardjlind

The truck I purchased was sold at less than blue book value for an average equipped vehicle, and was a loaded low mileage truck in great shape. The service was great, the people friendly. I have bought more than 10 vehicles here over the years, and the experience is always the same.

Although it was a decent experience, I didn't realize - Snake Plissken

Although it was a decent experience, I didn't realize that they had the vehicle listed for $9999,and they wrote it up for $11500, but they gave me $2000 for a Chinese bike that brand new can be bought for $2300.

Kenneth was our main contact and listened to our requests - JLipp

Kenneth was our main contact and listened to our requests and made the purchase smooth. He communicated with us in a timely manner and kept us in know of when our car would be ready for us to actually purchase. Thank you for reducing the stress of purchasing a car!

Outstanding experience, the staff was awesome and - camurphy24

Outstanding experience, the staff was awesome and responsive to all my questions. The vehicle itself only took me one test drive and I fell in love with it. I bought it right then and there, could not be happier!

Happy and Satisfied Customer - ShelleeD

I've been a loyal customer for several years and just got my 2nd vehicle with them. I am very happy and have no complaints. They have a lot of vehicles to choose from and they are willing to work with you on the down payment. They have a layaway plan which was very beneficial to me and something you can't find anywhere else. Gail Boll is the best person there to contact. She is amazing. Very nice, eager to help, not pushy and really cares about her clients.

We purchased A mini S it was the best price we could find. The process was easy and I feel that we were offered a fair price, no haggling.

Great honest place to buy from - hrc092576

They are very easy to work with and unlike most dealers they put the prices of the vehicles in the windows. So no pricing games. They have great deals on their vehicles and they are nice too. Will definitely buy from here again when ready to. They also have their own service shop for you to take your car to get worked on. The guys there Chuck and Roy are very knowledgeable and don't try to up-sell you on fixing things you don't need at this time.
