The process from my first inquiry on car gurus to the time I drove my car off the lot was seamless. I was coming in from out of state 7 hours away and all the paperwork, etc was ready to go. He took the time to help this old 60 year old man set up the apps, settings, etc. Super super super good person and very organized and detailed. I would recommend this place mostly because there isn't another one very close to the area. The place is small and the experience there was average. I was also told when I purchased my 2026 GV70 that I would have service pick up and delivery. When I called, they said I lived too far away. My understanding was that they would come get it if it was within 100 miles. I am about half of that. They were uninterested. More
