I bought a cargo van from Al Piemonte and had the best experience! I had a salesman named Erick Juarez G. who took time to show me several vehicles until I found the one I liked. Not only did he spend the time showing me the vehicles but offered to drive my purchased vehicle to my residence for me because I was alone at the dealership and my wife is disabled at home. He took his time AFTER work to make sure I received the vehicle. Not only was Erick an excellent salesman but a person who truly showed he cares about his customers and will do anything to make them happy. If in the future I need another vehicle I will definitely be going to Al Piemonte in Crystal Lake to see Erick.
