Normally always a great attitude from all the staff when coming in for a service or when a purchase was made. However was not found of the person who did my oil change on a brand new vehicle taking a picture of it and sending it to me referring to my vehicle as being a "piece of xxxx" when it is a brand new vehicle getting it's first service entirely.
