We knew what we wanted and did a deal over the internet. We kept waiting for some bait and switch or them sneaking in some hidden cost like sleazy dealerships do but it never happened. The dealer fee was a little higher than some but, given the discount we got on the car, it was overall a killer deal. The internet purchase was great and the car was ready for us when we arrived.

However, it was so disappointed that KIA is no longer giving warranty service we had to ask a few times about this service but no one answered our request. Just at the end of the finance process, someone explained that Kia Morgan no longer supports this service. Absolutely a bad beginning, this kind of service is essential for our cars, to be support with the dealer with this service.
